THE CORE TASKS OF INTERCAMBIOS
Intercambios has three core tasks within the matchmaking process. These are as follows:
Informing
Providing accessible information about the demand for student interns, graduates, volunteers, and/or professionals.
Matching
Connecting supply and demand. This is done through the matching process, in which Intercambios always plays an intermediary role until the finalization of a program, ensuring the quality of the process.
Facilitating
Intercambios also facilitates/supports in the process after the match. This can include providing guidance and preparation before the journey, such as assistance with obtaining the right visas, guiding individuals on travel options to Cape Verde, finding accommodation, offering advice on insurance, vaccinations, language, culture, etc.
